SMS Terms and Conditions

1. Program and sender

Messages are sent by Trinity Engineering, PLLC using a VOIP platform. The program is for customer care and operational messages related to our forensic and structural engineering services, inspections, scheduling, reports, and account communications.

2. Message types

If you consent to receive informational and customer-care SMS from Trinity Engineering, you agree to receive SMS from us that may include:

• Appointment and inspection scheduling or confirmation
• Status updates and “report ready” or document notices
• Replies to questions you send us by text or that we handle as customer care
• Service or account notices related to a matter you opened with us

This program is not used to send third-party advertising. We do not send marketing texts unless you separately and expressly consent to that use, in which case those messages will be identified as promotional.

3. How you opt in

You may opt in by any of the following:

• Checking an unchecked consent box on our website or intake form and submitting your mobile number
• Providing written authorization (email, signed form, or similar), including to your representative who may have provided your information to us to provide services needed to resolve your request or claim
• Giving verbal consent, including over the phone
• Texting our business or toll-free number first (inbound text is treated as consent to reply about that conversation)

Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing or receiving our professional services.

4. Frequency, rates, and supported devices

Messaging frequency varies and depends on your matter. You may receive no messages in some periods and several messages around a scheduled inspection or report delivery.

Message and data rates may apply. Those charges are billed by your wireless carrier, not by Trinity Engineering.

The program is intended for SMS-capable mobile phones in the United States. Delivery is not guaranteed to all devices or carriers.

5. How to opt out and get help

You can cancel at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received messages. You may also text END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. After you opt out you may receive one confirmation message, and we will stop further program texts to that number.

Text START or YES to the same number if you later want to re-subscribe (we may also ask you to complete the website opt-in again).

Text HELP for help, or contact us using the details in the Privacy Policy. We will reply with assistance information.

6. Carrier disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Trinity Engineering is not responsible for messages that fail because a number is not SMS-capable, has changed owners, is out of coverage, or is blocked by a carrier filter.

7. Age and eligibility

You represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your state) and that you are the subscriber of the mobile number you provide, or that you have the subscriber’s authorization to enroll that number.

8. No sharing of SMS consent

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We use RingCentral only to deliver and receive messages. RingCentral and mobile carriers process numbers as needed to route texts. We do not sell your number or your SMS consent.

10. Changes to these SMS Terms (Last updated September 24, 2026)

We may update these SMS Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued participation in the program after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised SMS Terms. Material changes may also be noted in a service message.
